Hello everyone!

I built a new TrueNAS CORE 13 system and am currently moving large amounts of data to it.

Unfortunately the performance is extremely fluctuating, sometimes I get 300 MiB/s, then it goes down to some bytes / second. Please see the screenshots below.

Both writing and reading Windows SMB clients repeatedly get the error messages Error 0x8007003B: An unexpected network error has occurred. and Error 0x80070079: The semaphore timeout period has expired.. Furthermore the web interface subjectively seems to be lagging.

Code:
   OS: TrueNAS-13.0-U5.3
  CPU: Intel Xeon Silver 4309Y (2.8 GHz / 3.6 GHz, 8 Cores / 16 Threads, 12 MiB Cache)
  RAM: 64 GiB = 2 × 32 GiB ECC Registered (RDIMM) DDR4 3200 RAM 2 Rank (ATP Premium)
   MB: Supermicro X12SPL-F
 BOOT: 1 × | Intel SSD X25-E 64 GB | SSDSA2SH064G1GC @ SATA
  NIC: 1 × ix0 | 10Gbase-Twinax | 10Gtek Intel X520-DA1 82599EN SFP+ 10 Gb/s PCI Express x8
  SAS: 3 × mps# | LSI OEM 9201-16I SAS 2116 (Kalea-Informatique)
POOLS: RAID-Z2 | 24 GB = 6 × 6 GB
DISKS: 6 × | Seagate Enterprise Capacity 6 GB | ST6000NM0024-1HT
DISKS: 1 × | IBM Ultrastar DC HC550 18 TB | WDC WUH721818AL (idle)
DISKS: 1 × | IBM Ultrastar DC HC520 12 TB | HGST HUH721212AL (idle)

Could you provide some hints for starting troubleshooting?

Thank you very much!!!

L.

Dear All!
Please forget this thread; it seems, the Seagate Enterprise Capacity 6 GB ST6000NM0024-1HT are failing. They are from 2016.
I will buy new disks and report the results.
Thank you!
L.
