Google has failed me...

I've a couple of play docker items set up via the "new" Rancher I'm struggling to work out how to add a zvol/dataset share to Rancher so that I can retain data. The Rancher documentation probably explains it but I get a migraine (words get all jumbled up every time I look at the relevant pages!). All the words are there but they mean nothing to me!!!

Is there a newbies guide that is applicable to this bit of the equation that eludes me. Basically
1. Create share in FreeNAS, yep
2. Create Docker container/stack in Rancher. yep
3. erm, how do I get them to play together?

You share it over NFS and mount it in the VM. If that doesn't sound elegant, it's because it isn't, but it's still the best solution around.

Hmm, does that equate to one mounted share for the whole Rancher VM, or individual ones for each container, or not critical which... cheers

Well, you only strictly need one. More might make sense in some cases.
