Raidz1 Pool is Degraded. What to do now ?

Can someone try to explain to me in clear steps what to do.

Have three WD Red Plus hdd 2 TB 3.5 cmr drives in radz1 configuration.
Reporting that disk (sde) has as status faulted see pictures.

Patrick thank you for your response.

Do I understand correctly that a disk that has disk errors is a broken disk?
Erasing the disk and reinstalling it won't help?

There are of course more failure modes than a broken disk. But most of them are even more dangerous to your data. Like controller failure or similar. Possibly just a broken cable. But ...

TrueNAS flagged one of your disks as failed. If another disk fails while your are experimenting your data is gone for good. RAIDZ1 provides only a single drive of redundancy.

In your place I would

- make sure I have a backup
- make sure I have a replacement disk ready

Then you can go to assess the situation in more detail, e.g. run SMART tests on the disk in question.

I'd run a SMART long test on the other drives as well just to make sure none of them is thinking of ditching you as sde did.
Can't be lazy with RAIDZ1.
