Raid sil 0680

Created a pavilion equipment RAID 1 (80x2 = 160) on the board but in sil 0680 Freenas x86 0.7.5.9496 seen as two separate hard drives (80) in place of one 160, in previous versions 0.7.2.6567 viditsya all is well, how to set it so that vidilsya RAID 1 as a hard disk

AFAIK Sil0680 is a software PATA RAID. Probably you need old ataraid or new geom_raid driver to support it. But I have no idea about any of them in FreeNAS 0.7.x.
