Question about vga device for windows VM.

Hello. I want to use VMWare SVGA as windows VM.
Is there any way to edit qemu parameter like

-device vmware-svga,id=video0,vgamem_mb=16,bus=pcie.0,addr=0x1

Or, edit kvm configuration xml file directly?
