question about owncloud plugin

I have try setup by Esxi or USB, both of them got the same problem.

Also I cant add the storage to owncloud jail, it shown error Mount failed (64), even the folder is created by myself

After install the owncloud plugin then on, I see the router can get the IP address, but I cant access by IP address.

Anyone have advise I can solve those problems ??
