qbitorrent problem with move files and read on plex

hello I have a problem with qbitorrent, and plex media files

When I download something via qbittorrent to /mnt/8TB/Samba/Torrent
When I copy any move to /mnt/8TB/Samba/Torrent/move - Plex visible files,

But when I move from qbitorrent webui to /mnt/8TB/Samba/Torrent/move
I checked files on plex, but i didint see anything files

I think its problem with acl and acces to files, any idea how to do this ?
