Python Input/output error

Hi,

Have been having a problem where freeNAS dies every few days. It then takes about 5 reboots before it comes up. Lots of pretty serious looking errors are displayed like 'file table does not match description' etc. etc. The only clue I have as to what's going wrong is in the daily security run output


Checking setuid files and devices:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your USB drive is bad, save config and replace it.
