Hi all!
First of all, excuse my English!
I'm trying to do something like this: a public share with subfolders where all users can read and execute form all subfolders, but they can only read/write/delete on certain subfolders.
Example:
Share -> primary share (windows - cifs) all users can log in
Subdirectories: Department 1 <-Dept1user has full access, other users only read and execute
Department 2 <-Dept2user has full access, other users only read and execute
Department 3 <-Dept3user has full access, other users only read and execute
Department 4 <-Dept4user, Dept2user have full access, other users only read and execute
Department 5 <-All users have full access
The main purpose is that all user should map only the share folder and have acceess as explained above.
I'm using FreeNAS-8.3.1-RELEASE-p2-x86 on a VM machine.
All clinets have windows OS.
I just keep trying to to what I explain above, but with no good results
Can anyone help me with how to achive this?
Thanks!
