Processor above 50% of use

Hello TrueNASzeira family, how are my beautiful ones?

My system has:

CPU: Intel Core i3 8100 3.6GHz
RAM: 64GB
Version of TrueNAS: 12.0-U8.1
Pool size: 24.54 TiB Total - 16.64 TiB (68%) Used

I've noticed a strange behavior, whenever ZFS starts to accumulate cache (which I know is normal), the processor starts hitting 50% or more, and it rarely goes above 10% (that's when most of my memory it's free). This ends up making the system sluggish and many times it has already crashed. Could you help me with this please? Unfortunately it's urgent :/

Could you start top in a shell logged in via SSH when the system behaves like that and then post a screenshot here?
