process from 3:01 am not finished

Is this why I didn't get reports? IT seems these processes are not finished. What could cause it, what should I look at to fix it?

If you have a crapload of small files it could take awhile to check the permissions on all of them.

Is this a recent problem? Has it worked properly before?
