Problems with SCALE + VM + AnyDesk

SCALE, I’m running AnyDesk on a virtual machine running Windows 10, but I can’t get a connection to the AnyDesk servers. A bridge is installed on the host system for the virtual machine (for access to smb). There is access to any other services, sites, ports and the like, but in AnyDesk the connection is not established. Moreover, the machine connects to the AnyDesk relays, and even traffic arrives, but beyond 0.
Does anyone have any ideas? Does anyone know what protocols should be used to make a connection?

I have a feeling that AnyDesk connects to the relay of their server and transmits information about the bridge to the host machine to this relay, then the relay server tries to establish a connection with the host machine, and the host machine sends the relay server to hell
