SOLVED Problem with SMB.

Greetings, tell me please - I created a user (user1), created an SMB folder, successfully connected to it.
Created a second user (user2).
In the SMB SMB settings, "Share ACL FOR" for "everyone@" put (Permission-FULL, Type-DENIED) and added (Who-User-User1, Permission-FULL, Type-ALLOWED).
And now I (user1) cannot access the folder. - Is this a bug?

No. This is how ACLs work. If you deny access to everyone, then no one will be able to access.
