Problem with perrmisions after reinstall

hello,

I have a problem, I had permissions on my old install, but my brother formatted the flash drive.

I had to reinstall FreeNAS, so this means that permissions on one drive stayed for a designated user and now i'm not able to access it.

can you please tell me what is the command to set the drive to write/read for everyone?

i'm a bit of a noob, i've been reading many things, but they were never for my case..

As to your question, you need to recreate the users with the same UID + GID (user ID & group ID) as the files on your disks.
