Dear people

I can install nextcloud but I keep getting the message: Access by an untrusted domain

I know that you have to edit the file config.php but how can you do that?

With best regards zwebdev

You need to edit the config.php file and add the IP address that you assigned to this jail during the setup which you used to access Nextcloud. In order to do this, you need to use the shell within TN or SSH into the jail with a client.

Do you have any FreeBSD knowledge?

Yes i know, but i can't work with shell.
I can't work with FreeBSD.
I can propose other ways to edit config.php but do realize that sooner or later you might run into trouble without any FreeBSD knowledge

You will have to learn those skills if you want to run your own Nextcloud. Sorry, that might sound harsh, but it's the truth. Nextloud is a Unix based server application that cannot be managed without the Unix command line.

First step: find out which SSH client your desktop operating system supports (builtin or add on software like e.g. Putty for Windows <10), enable the SSH service in your TrueNAS and learn how to logon with SSH ... we can guide you from there.
