Problem install : boot freeze

Hello,

I try yesterday evening to install FreeNas 8 on an old computer (Athlon XP with Asus Motherboard).

After mutliple try and search information on google, I stop on this problem, the boot screen freeze on that :

Do you know why i have this ? How install Freenas on my old computer ?
