Problem after upgrade to 12

I upgraded from 11 to 12 and i have problems.
Visually, the web interface began to slow down and lag. And my monitoring system over SNMP lag too.
I see swearing in the console (see screenshot)
Any help is welcome
P.S. ZFS work normal
