118 posts divided by 30 days = 4 posts per day

4 posts divided by 24 hours = 0.16 posts per hour

0.16 posts divided by 60 minutes = 0.003 posts per minute

301 posts divided by 12 months = 25 posts per month

Conclusion:

Each of us averages less than one-tenth a post per minute. And that's within the margin of error.
