Possibly a share issue

Hello everyone, I think I have a share issue or permissions issue. I have multiple users, but mainly me. I want my user to be able to access files on either Mac or PC. I mainly have one set of directories that I want everyone to be able to access. I was having issues with accessing the files from OSX, but I have kind of resolved that. They can be accessed, although I think either writes or execution may not work. Also, now my Plex jail can't see to see the media files anymore. Any recommendations on troubleshooting steps or permission changes.
