Possible? Thumb drive switch, FreeNAS 9.2.1.1 to latest TrueNAS

I have an old FreeNAS build 9.2.1.1 that's running on a thumb drive.

Build FreeNAS-9.2.1.1-RELEASE-x64 (0da7233)
Platform AMD E-350 Processor
Memory 7768MB

I've got 3 pools configured in that environment; no hardware raid.

I originally used btsync, owncloud, crashplan, but not interested in those any more. All I want is the ability to push backups to my pools as before.

Q: ==>> Is there any possibility that I can switch to a new thumb drive loaded with TrueNAS and attach to the existing pools?

Any advice appreciated,
Chris.

The existing pools:
Code:
# zpool status
  pool: JumanoPool
 state: DEGRADED
status: One or more devices has been removed by the administrator.
Sufficient replicas exist for the pool to continue functioning in a
        degraded state.
action: Online the device using 'zpool online' or replace the device with
        'zpool replace'.

Of course, but keep in mind that TrueNAS 12 is still in Beta. You'd probably want to go with FreeNAS 11.3 for now.
