I'm relatively new to TrueNAS (built my system earlier this month) so please bare with me if I'm too much of a noob.
I learned the hard way that SMR disks are not compatible with TrueNAS and now my pool (4x2TB) is suspended because of uncorrectable I/O error. Now before asking Western Digital for new CMR drive, I need to retrieve the 700 or so GB on this pool.
From what I could gather, it should be possible. Am I correct in assuming that ? If so, how should I proceed ?
If you need me to share any other relevant information I overlooked, feel free to ask (you may need to explain to me how to get it though, again, total TrueNAS noob, I'm sorry ^^")
