Pool state UNAVAIL

HI ,
Need help , my Freenas suddenly cannon access the file share, when checking, is this can recover / fixing ?

Your post indicates that one of your disks is faulted but still present while another disk is unavailable. Have you removed a drive from your system?

A RAIDz1 pool, what you have, can only tolerate the loss of one drive where you have two that are not functional.

If you can't get one of those drives back to an available state, you have lost your storage pool and it is this type of fault that makes RAIDz2 the preference because it allows for the loss of two drives without data loss.
