Pool Size

Total noob question probably but i just created a pool in Raid z2 with 4 2 tb drives. When i create the pool it says i only have 3.4tb available. I thought Raid Z2 only used 1 drive, which in my mind i should have 6tb available. Is something wrong or am i just understanding it wrong?

And don't forget to multiply your expectations by 0.909 to account for disk-manufacturer-TB (10^12 bytes) vs. TB (also known as TiB, 2^40 bytes).
