Pool shows full but not the dataset

Hello everyone!

One of our client NAS shows that the Pool is full, but not the dataset, there is no snapshot on this Dataset, so i don't know what is occupying the other space.

I would also note that your root dataset is showing 1.76TiB used; this approximately equals the 1.37TiB plus 400 GiB of the child datasets. Did you maybe reserve 400GiB for that first child dataset? That would lock up and reserve that space, showing it as used.

Hi , thanks for you quick reply, sorry if i posted this in the wrong way.
There was a reservation that i did not found, but my boss did, i guess i was burn out yesterday at night when i was trying to solve this.
