Pool free space and quota used space percentage.

Hello,

I have read multiple times that pools that have >80% used space could cause problems and performance loss, but one thing is not clear to me.

If for example pool has 10TB, and 1 dataset that have quota set to 8TB which is filled with 6.5TB of data, then the dataset is filled ~80%, but comparing to whole pool size it is filled 65%.

My question is does 80% full dataset is problematic, or only if 80% of whole pool is full could cause issues?
