Plugins installed not showing up under installed Plugins

Hello Experts

This is my first free NAS install please excuse my nuance.

Config
2 X CPU
8 GB MEM
1.2 TB 15k SAS assigned from VM data store

I have installed free NAS 9.3 Stable on ESX 5.1
Added the volumes
Added the dataset for CIFS and Jail
Defined the path for Jail
I am able to successfully install the plugin ( Plex) and I can see it says "running" under Jails but I do not see it under installed plugins.

I read some existing issues but it says plugins can only be installed on ZFS, I am assuming I have enough memory and DRAM and the default install is ZFS

Please advise

Yeah, there's a couple of open bugs about Plugins sometimes appearing/disappearing. I don't think they've tracked down what is causing it yet.

I'm having the same problem. It would be good if it gets fixed....
