Plugins crashing system on install

I've managed to re install two plugins "Plex" and "Transmission" without issue but certain plugins such as Coachpotato freeze at 50% and lock the whole system up causing me to reboot from the management port. This is also happening with the Subsonic plugin.

I've had all of these working in the past but I re-imaged my box around 2 months ago and upgraded to the latest release. I've only today got round to re-installing these plugins. Are there any known issues or is anyone aware of what my be causing this?

I just tested and those plugins installed fine on my 9.2.1.8 system. I don't think theirs currently any known issues.

Maybe check if there's any stray datasets / jails still their that might be screwing up the process?
