Plugin/jail update output

Can't find an issue tracker for WebUI.

When updating jail/plugin console output is not formatted. Simple white-space: pre; fixes it. Though would be better to use <textarea readonly></textarea> for this. Would store whole output.

The "report a bug" link at the top of the forum pages--same place you'd report any other issues with the software.
