Plugin internal IP changes between reboots

I have two plugins with two jails that "talk" to each other (sickchill calling transmission).

Since it's two different jails, sichchill needs to call the internal IP of transmission, which is currently set to 172.16.0.6/30.

However, this IP changes on each reboot.

Is there any way to make sure that internal IP is static?
