Hi all,
I'm new to TrueNAS as are many. I have been looking through discussions on both PLEX from and TrueNAS and I haven't come across anything that looks to be a similar issue to my self. If I have missed it then apologies.
System Information:
I think its a permission issue along with my current lack of understanding.
PLEX installed fine, mount points added, static IP configured. Signed in to PLEX, added media works fine. Then after a while it becomes unavailable from both the PLEX app where you are able to see all your servers and also via my LAN management IP.
So far I've noticed that on the Media Storage Pool, where the ACL for the PLEX user is added it states "Could not find a user name for this user ID"
I worked out that if I stop the service and then start it again. Then I can access Plex, via the application and IP address. In the PLEX screenshot, their should be 2 server visible: ZANTOR (Windows Server) ZIKOMO (TrueNAS Server)
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need, I hope I've provided enough information to get started.
