Plex plugin won't start

I think I have done everything I need to:

Install from the list - Plex Media Server Plugin version 0.9.8.10.215
Go to the Jails and then plex_1 then Storage, and add all of my Media links.
At this point I think I should be able to just turn the switch to ON for the plugin. Unfortunately, it stays OFF and I see the messages below each time I try to start it. I also attached a screenshot.

UPDATE:
Ok so I also went into /var/log/messages and saw this:

Seems like my root user isn't allowed access????

I am getting the same error and it appears python is crashing.

I think it may be related to this thread?
