Plex Permissions

I just installed 11.2-U6 and then Plex. Everything installed nicely but when I go to create a folder for Movies or Music (etc.) it says I don't have permissions.
Where do I go and how do I give the permissions? Thanks in advance...

Storage > Pools > mediafiles : three dots > edit permissions > choose Windows and set user and group that you created.

There will be a different problem later though probably, that i and some other can't resolve though.
