Plex is not reading media in the folders

I am trying to set up Plex, and I followed the video tutorial put out by FreeNas, but Plex is not reading the files.

When I added storage I selected the media dataset I created, and the destination was the default media folder. When I added TV shows to Plex I could see the Movies and TV shows folder like I expected. I had already added a file to the TV Shows section, but the show is not coming up in Plex.

Why would it be ignoring the files?

I am running FreeNAS 9.2.1.6 and Plex 2.2.3

Yup. It was just the file I was using for testing. It wouldn't read that one file. Everything else has worked just fine.
