SOLVED Plex App no thumbnails only on mobile devices

Hi,

at the moment i try to migrate my old docker plex Server to truenas Scale. So i add the plex app in the Truenas Gui and copy all my media files in the NAS. I add simple host path additional:

In the new Plex Server i can see the paths and add the media. Thumbnails are visible on Desktop and Web App.
In the App Log i can see generated Thumbnails:

Port for external Connection is 32401 and it is green and work over hotspot and laptop test:

Only the Mobile Apps dont load the Thumbnails. Reinstall, delete Cache and Data on Mobile Devices didnt work (On 2 Mobile Devices tested)
On the old Plex Server with the same Media Data on Truenas via NFS Share it works with thumbnails on Mobile Device.

So i think the problem is in the App Configuration on Truenas.

Solved. i didnt change anything, next day is works.

I know this resurrecting an old thread, but is this still working for you? I tried to do the same last year and found the same problem, but it was long term (it never fixed itself). Iended up giving up and moving that instance of Plex to a VM.

Do you have multiple instances (i.e., is 32400 also in use?) or just the one on 32401?

"Glad" to see I'm not the only one with this issue. Thumbnails load perfectly from my Windows server, but none of them do from my Truenas Scale server.
