You've posted two posts in French to an English-language forum. I'll move them to the French subforum for you.
You are probably not getting answers because the TrueNAS General forum is for questions in English directly relating to TrueNAS.
Questions about software that isn't part of the base NAS are probably more likely to get answers in the Plugins or Third Party Software subforums, or maybe the General Questions and Help subforum. Please post in English.
We don't have anything against French, which is why there's a French subforum available. Unfortunately, only some forum members speak French (I do/did, but probably about 20 years rusty, I can read your messages but don't ask me to reply!)
