Perhaps a disk is failing on your FreeNAS.
Perhaps you are using RAIDZ for your pool.
Perhaps your pool is more than 50% full.
Perhaps you should please follow the forum rules and provide some detailed information about your systems so that we've got at least a minimal chance of providing some advice.
