SOLVED pkg update & upgrade not working as expected

Hi,

I recently created a jail for Plex. All is working well [except for PMS 1.15.2 which is giving me transcoding issues].
The jail currently has the following installed:
Package Manager: 1.10.5_5
Plex: 1.15.2.793_1

I've noticed that both of these have been updated [at FreeBSD ports] to:
Package Manager: 1.11.1 [here]
Plex: 1.16.1.1291 [here]

However, I cannot get the packages to update.
pkg update goes through the process and tells me repositories are up to date.
pkg update -f keeps on re-downloading 1.10.5_5

Is there something I'm missing? I'd really like to get PMS updated as, hopefully, it resolves some of the transcoding issues I'm having.

you have to modify the plug in a bit to get the "latest & greatest" ..otherwise it's on a quarterly update

Just finally figured this out [ie. found the solution], myself, exactly as you said, only a few hours ago after lots of internet searching. The thread you posted didn't come up in my searches.
