After upgrading to latest release today, I saw this in my rapport. Is this a bug or feature

What's wrong with the image?

It always takes some time for ZFS to utilise all available RAM - very much depending on how intensively you use your system.

I find that ZFS won't use much RAM until I start dumping stuff to it.
Not sure if it will start filling up by just reading data but I can clearly see that it is using cache when I checksum data after transfer using TeraCopy.
