Pfsense using HAproxy and ACME to manage SSL for TrueNAS Nextcloud Plugin Setup

I have a Netgate 4100 running pfsense that I want to manage the certs for my Nextcloud server (TrueNAS CORE 12.8) so updates are simplified.
I can find some documentation ACME and HAproxy but I was wondering if anyone had a complete guide featuring DDNS so I could fully wrap my head around how the firewall can manage SSL for me.
I am going to poke around in the Lawrence systems forums since I am not finding much here.
I am mostly sketchy on if this can be done using a DDNS domain name.
