Performance.... latencey

i am connecting to this thru VMWARE on ISCSI, all of a sudden the connection goes away at night and my machines are stuck, i contacted VMWare said no issues from their side but major latency,

i was hoping someone can give me a direction on to how to check if the latency is caused by NAS box or switch.

Why don't you take a search of the forums for iscsi.. you'll find lots of people with the same problem. There's no "one size fits all" solution either.
