pci passthrough quistion?

hey all
sooo got the update to truenass release! and notice under VM,it's now able to passthrough PCI!
i got intel quicksync, it can be passthrough, works on various other software etc. just not this? it's not even selectable, OR is it because i need to do something? the "hack" for freenas 11.3 worked for passthrough in jail, or do i need a grafic card etc, to passthough

yup seen it, but only USB etc can. GPU no dice
have you read the link ?:) they only talk about USB
