"Owner Rights" cause idmap issue

The "Owner Rights" is well-known sid (S-1-3-4)
But when I set "Owner Rights" to ACL, the "net idmap dump" will show the following message (90000022 -- S-1-3-4)

Then I reboot TrueNAS, the "net idmap dump" will show this. (these id will increase after every reboot. why?)

And Windows security tab will show it is Unix Group
