ownCloud with dynamic dns

I installed owncloud and it works fine with my internal ip address however I set up my DNS with dhis.org. I find it strange freenas updates my external IP to my dns but it will not point or connet to owncloud. I haven't found exactly what port im suppose to forward because it sent the correct information into dhis.org . My owncloud internal ip is 195.130.2.150. How can i get it to resolve the name.

Well, you would need to forward the port to your owncloud install. Port 80 or 443.
Your internal structure had nothing to do with your DNS resolution from the Internet. Your DNS should resolve your public IP of your router and you forward the port to the owncloud jail IP.
