Overlapping replication jobs

What happens if a new snapshot has been created before replication of the previous snapshot is finished? Since a replication task runs after a new snapshot has been created will another replication task startup or will it wait for the previous replication to finish?

i assume it will do it sequentially.

snapshot 1 is already crated
replication task starts
new snapshot 2 created
replication task compelted with snapshot 1
next replication task will use snapshot 2

on the remote side you can see which snapshot has been transmitted (the name) you can verify it, if you want to
