other than WinSCP to sychronize my folders automatically

Hello there, just wanna ask for other alternative than WinSCP that will auto synchronize using command line script. I want to make a hidden script that will auto file sharing.. a big thanks..:)

You could install Cygwin, which would include rsync, scp, all of the standard Unix command line tools and scripting.
