osx terminal problems

Hi. I admit I am a super noob. I have been through a dozen tutorials and the same thing happens when i try to create a bootable usb.

new-host-2:~ dd if=/Desktop/FreeNas-9.2.0-RELEASE-x64.img of=/dev/disk2 bs=64k
dd: /Desktop/FreeNas-9.2.0-RELEASE-x64.img: No such file or directory
new-host-2:~ erickkrigsvold$ dd if=FreeNAS-9.2.0-RELEASE-x64.img of=/dev/disk2 bs=64k
dd: FreeNAS-9.2.0-RELEASE-x64.img: No such file or directory
new-host-2:~

can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

nevermind! figured it out.

These are the situations where it's still helpful to post the solution.

In this case, I think it's that there shouldn't have been a slash in front of Desktop.

the solution for me was " dd if= User/username/Desktop/FreeNas-9.2.0-RELEASE-x64.img of=dev/disk/ bs=65k"
