OSX/iOS Cannot access SMB/CIFS

Sorry my fault for not being clear. Each folder i'm talking about is a share.
Anonymous login shows all the shares.
Adding credentials: it cant find the server. (used to work just fine)

Well, if adding credentials means it can't find the server you've got major problems. The server should be found regardless of if you are authenticating as a guest user, domain user, etc. So I can't help you and I doubt anyone can as this sounds like some kind of networking or client-side problem. :(

I think there is a bigger issue.
I can no longer connect to shares from my android phone after taking the latest updates even with domain authentication enabled.
Everything previously worked but now it cant even find the server unless it has anonymous login enabled which shows the folders but permission denied because of needing auth.
Adding credentials cant even see the shares.

start new thread for your issue. Include /etc/local/smb4.conf.
