OpenVPN in jail, used by other jails to access internet

I'm looking for a way to use a jail with OpenVPN installed on it, and having select jails connect through the first jail's VPN. My goal is to route all internet traffic through the VPN while maintaining open local traffic from jail to jail.

How doable is this? If able, then how or where is a good tutorial?
