Only 3 of 6 fans fail in the dl380e gen8 server

Hello,

I have a dl 380e gen8 server that has been having problems with the first three fans after a power outage(It was on ups power until I turned it off). While booting I look into the server and they are spinning, but the system thinks there faulty. I did try reseating the power cables inside the server and changing the fans with no luck. When I leave the first three bays empty the server boots fine(But this is obviously not the solution). If you can help it would be greatly appreciated!

I found this article that might be a solution. I just couldn't find a way to edit it without booting the server.

Just found a loose screw near the fan PCB. After removing it, it worked.
