I believe some members of FreeNAS are using Resilio Sync.
There is currently a 50% discount on their product: 50OFFSYNC
It applies to their "Home Pro", and "Home Pro Family" products (even though not advertised explicitely).
For those unaware, Resilio Sync is a peer-to-peer file synchronization utility.
There is a great, free and open source alternative called Synthing, check it out !
Both do not offer the same exact feature set, I suggest you compare the two of them before taking any decision.
